  • Tawakkul Organics reserves the right to update, modify, or change any policy without prior notice.
  • All products are subject to availability.
  • Prices may change depending on stock, market conditions, or ingredient availability.

2. Orders

  • Orders are processed only after confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • Tawakkul Organics reserves the right to cancel unverified or incomplete orders.
  • Providing incorrect or incomplete contact information may result in order delay or cancellation.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed are final and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require full payment at the time of delivery.
  • For online payments, orders are dispatched only after successful payment confirmation.

4. Delivery

  • Standard delivery time across Pakistan is 2–4 working days after dispatch.
  • Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.
  • Tawakkul Organics is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Orders delivered to self-pickup locations (courier offices) are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of organic and personal care products, we do not offer returns or refunds once the product has been opened or used. Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear proof.

6. Product Use Disclaimer

Our products are made using natural and herbal ingredients. Results may vary from person to person. Tawakkul Organics is not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of products. Customers are advised to read labels carefully and perform a patch test where applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tawakkul Organics shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
